Return & Refund Policy
Service Cancellation
Service cancellations must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before scheduled service delivery. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to partial charges to cover preparation and scheduling costs.
For ongoing services such as inventory management, clients may cancel with 30 days written notice. Services already delivered are not eligible for refund, but future scheduled services may be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for prepaid services that have not yet been delivered, subject to cancellation terms. Once services have been provided, refunds are not available except in cases of service failure or breach of agreement.
Partial refunds may be available for multi-session services if cancellation occurs after partial delivery. Refund amounts will be calculated based on services already provided versus total service package.
Service Modifications
Clients may request modifications to scheduled services with reasonable advance notice. We will accommodate modifications when possible, subject to availability and scheduling constraints.
Modifications that require additional preparation or resources may result in adjusted pricing. Clients will be notified of any price changes before modifications are confirmed.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with services provided, please contact us to discuss your concerns. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and will work with clients to address service-related problems.
Disputes should be raised within 14 days of service completion. We will review each case individually and work toward a mutually acceptable resolution.
